The Era of Female Founders is Now

She the Future supports female entrepreneurs by offering financial assistance to those interested in starting or expanding a business.

We believe that waiting to earn equal pay is not a viable path for women.

However, entrepreneurship is - with the opportunity to earn an unlimited income.

In 2020, women who graduated with at least a bachelor’s degree earned an average of $61,000, while men earned an average of $88,900.

This pay gap starts early - as a summer job gender pay gap of almost $3.00 per hour, for girls 12 –18.

And contributes to a gendered pension gap of 22%. Women retire with about 80% of the pension that men do.
